Coaches Clinic 2010

NSBF is excited to invite you and the members of your club to the 2010 Winter Coaches Clinic to be held at the Radisson SAS Caledonia in Kristiansand from February 19-21
Opening Session Friday 20:00, Social hour will follow opening session, Clinic Ends Sunday 14:00

Guest Speakers include:
Tony Klarburg. Tony is the head coach of the Swedish Junior National Team and director of the Swedish Baseball Academy in Leksand, Sweden.
Tom Gillespie.Tom works for Major League Baseball International serving as a roving instructor to the various National academies in Europe. In addition he has performed envoy services in Africa and is a part-time scout for the Oakland Athletics.
Andy Johnson. Most of you know Andy from his work as a development consultant with NSBF. In addition he is a part-time scout with the Minnesota Twins.

The Program includes presentations on the following topics:
Strength and Conditioning Principles of Baseball, Fundamentals of Pitching, Hitting 1-2-3, Making quality catchers, The impact of good baserunners, The mental game in hitting.

Participants are requested to confirm their attendance by filling out the attached form and returning it to andyjohnson@twinsbaseball.com no later than January 27th 2010. Please also read through the attached travel guidelines as NSBF will be providing financial support to NSBF member clubs as per these guidelines. We Look Forward to Seeing You There!
